We need to pay close attention to making sure we have the right product in the right section. We had the fellows from Excel come over and they were checking thier product to see if our displays were done correctly. As I walked around with them I realized we didn't have some of thier titles in our DVD section, even though they were DVD's. Others we had on the DVD featured shelf, but not where it should have been in the section. We always ought to have a representation of the product in its appropriate section.
This is not just for the VMP people... we have to make sure that the product that goes on the metal racks (with the wheels) is always Excel DVD's or Deseret Book music. If you help Jared do those displays make sure that if we error, that we error on the side of it having Excel/Deseret Book product on it.
